Changes that do not materially alter the approved work, as described in CAC 7-153(b), do not require the submission of an Amended Construction Document. The code requirements and definitions will be reviewed as well as the content of the CAN. Processes, examples and tips will also be discussed. Participants will gain understanding of the process for concurrence with NMAs and the ability to evaluate changes to determine whether they materially alter the approved work.
