HCAI/HBSB Webinar: Part 2- Fire Resistance Rated Assemblies

In Part 1 of Fire Resistance Rated Assemblies on May 5, 2022, types of fire resistance rated assemblies were discussed. Part 2 will review protection of penetrations and joint systems, and opening protectives in the rated assemblies. Participants will gain understanding of the protection of the different assembly types and the ability to evaluate what protection is needed. A third class, at a later date, will continue the opening protectives portion and will include information on duct and air transfer openings.
