Back by popular demand, HCAI is once again presenting changes that do not materially alter (NMA) the approved work. As described in CAC 7-153(b), these changes do not require the submission of an Amended Construction Document (ACD). The code requirements and definitions will be reviewed as well as the content of the CAN. Processes, examples and tips will also be discussed. Participants will gain understanding of the process, benefits and risks of working with NMAs. There will be guidance on how to evaluate changes to determine whether they materially alter the approved work.
