The determination of which clinics and outpatient facilities are subject to the OSHPD 3 requirements found in the Title 24, California Building Standards Code is complex. Join HCAI as we explain the intricacies of OSHPD 3 clinics and try to demystify when and why a clinic should meet OSHPD 3 requirements.
