From time to time post installed or expansion anchor manufactures make changes to their products. It is important that older products that are no longer available, but specified in the OSHPD Approved Drawings, be properly substituted with newer products from the same manufacturer. Post installed anchor bolts are commonly used on building construction projects for a wide range of applications but usually for the support of non-structural items within heath care facilities.
